2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc., USA. Delivering pages requires processing IP addresses, requested resources and technical connection data. Depending on the server configuration, access and error logs may contain timestamps, status codes, referrers, browser and operating system information. The purposes are delivery, stability, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in a secure website. Retention depends on the necessity for operation, troubleshooting and security investigations, and any statutory obligations. Data no longer needed is to be deleted; technical log rotation follows the hosting service configuration.
3. Providers and international processing
We use Namecheap for hosting and email. Processing may take place in the USA. Namecheap’s Data Processing Addendum provides EU standard contractual clauses for applicable international transfers. You may ask us about safeguards and request a copy. Processing exclusively within the EU is not promised.
4. Email enquiries
We use Namecheap Private Email for info@meta-green.net. We process your email address, contact details, message and attachments to handle and answer enquiries. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where entering into or performing a contract with you is concerned; for other business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) applies based on our legitimate interest in business communication. Relevant personnel and the email provider, as needed to provide the service, may access this information. Once the enquiry is resolved, data is to be deleted unless statutory retention or necessary preservation of legal claims applies. 5. Cookies, embedded services and language selection
This static company website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and does not itself set cookies or store data in local storage. The logo, fonts and styles are served locally. No maps, videos, external font services or contact forms are embedded. Languages are selected through page links. This does not exclude technical data processing by the hosting service. Clicking our email address opens your own email application.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting prior lawful processing. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) for reasons relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in your country of residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement. For our location, the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is a relevant authority.
7. Providing data and automated decisions
Technical connection data is required to display the site. Contacting us is voluntary; without suitable contact details we may be unable to respond. Meta Green does not conduct profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
